Changelog
What we've shipped.
A running log of capabilities now live on TelVox Dial — from the dialer and IVR to the command center and the controls that keep the whole thing auditable.
Release history
Recent releases.
Newest first. Each entry is a real platform capability, framed as it shipped.
- v1.6
Local-presence DID rotation
- Caller-ID rotation across your DID pool — round-robin, sticky-to-lead, or area-code match.
- Alternate-number failover across phone2 / phone3 when the primary doesn't connect.
- v1.5
Live data-dip IVR nodes
- A new api_call node lets a flow query your systems mid-call and branch on the response.
- Enrich, verify or route a caller in real time, with SSRF-safe egress on every request.
- v1.4
Listen, whisper and barge from the browser
- Supervisors can monitor, coach an agent privately, or join a call live — no desk phone, no install.
- Driven from the live command center alongside real-time queue and agent state.
- v1.3
Lead recycling with attempt caps
- Reschedule no-answers and busies automatically, with per-lead attempt caps so nothing gets over-dialed.
- Pairs with the always-warm hopper to keep agents on live conversations.
- v1.2
AES-256-GCM envelope encryption for recordings
- Call recordings are sealed at rest with AES-256-GCM and served through short-lived signed URLs.
- SSE-KMS on S3 and automated retention purges round out the recording lifecycle.
- v1.1
Append-only audit trail with PHI redaction
- Every sensitive write is logged with the actor, IP and user-agent — append-only, never edited.
- Phone numbers, emails, names and secrets are redacted in the log itself.
