Per organization, by seat — agent and admin licenses are tracked and enforced per org, and 20+ feature modules toggle on without a redeploy. You only pay for the seats and modules you run.

A seat is a named agent or admin login. Supervisors, remote agents and click-to-call users each map to a role; talk to sales for the exact mix that fits your floor.

Recording is policy-driven (always / on-demand / never) on every plan. Scale and Enterprise add pluggable S3/SFTP storage and automated retention; all recordings are AES-256-GCM encrypted and served via short-lived signed URLs.

Yes — the security controls are identical on every plan: built for HIPAA workloads (BAA available), engineered to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, the append-only audit trail, AES-256-GCM encryption and TOTP 2FA. Security is never an upsell. (Formal SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certification is in progress.)
