Website Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website. These are not the contract for the TelVox platform service.
Last updated · June 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TelVox marketing website at telvox.dev and its subpages (the “Site”), operated by [TelVox legal entity name] (“TelVox,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
These Terms cover the website only. They are not the agreement under which the TelVox platform is provided. Access to and use of the TelVox platform (including TelVox Dial and TelVox Connect) is governed by a separate written agreement — typically a Master Services Agreement, order form, and Data Processing Agreement — entered into through our sales team. Nothing on this Site forms part of, modifies, or supplements that agreement. Where the two conflict in respect of the platform, the signed agreement controls.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in section 10; your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is a business-to-business marketing and informational resource intended for professional and commercial audiences. By using it you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
- where you act on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to do so and accept these Terms on its behalf; and
- your use of the Site complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
3. Developer-preview and forward-looking notice
Parts of this Site describe TelVox Connect, our programmable-voice product, which is currently in developer preview. Any API endpoints, request and response shapes, SDKs, code samples, call-control markup, pricing, roadmap items, and capabilities shown anywhere on the Site are illustrative and subject to change — they may be modified, deprecated, or removed at any time, with or without notice, and may differ from what is ultimately released.
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a promise, a guarantee of future functionality or availability, or a commitment to provide any product, feature, or service level. Any service commitment is created only by a separate signed agreement. You should not rely on Site content when making purchasing, integration, or build decisions; reach out to us for current and binding information.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the TelVox and TelVox Dial / TelVox Connect names and marks, page design, illustrations, diagrams, and code samples — are owned by TelVox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as set out below, all rights are reserved.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of TelVox. Illustrative code samples shown on the Site may be used to evaluate and prototype against TelVox products. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, sell, or create derivative works from the Site, or use our names and marks, without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
- access the Site, or its forms and endpoints, through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except for well-behaved search-engine indexing, or in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our demo, contact, or newsletter forms, or use those forms to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network connected to it; or
- reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Site except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
When you submit information through a form on the Site, we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, resources, or services that we do not own or control — for example documentation hosts, social platforms, or partner sites. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete, current, or accurate.
Site content does not constitute legal, compliance, security, or professional advice. Statements about security and compliance posture describe how the TelVox platform is engineered and are not certifications or guarantees; the platform service itself — including any service levels, warranties, security commitments, and processing terms — is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement entered into through sales, not by this Site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TelVox and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This section governs use of the Site only; liability in respect of the TelVox platform service is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TelVox and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. The version in effect when you use the Site is the version that applies.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. This clause governs use of the Site; the governing law for the platform service is set out in the applicable signed agreement.
